My name is Wes Clark, and I am an Exclusive Buyers Agent for Buyers Only Realty and I specialize in helping First Time Sacramento Home Buyers in the home buying process.

SacramentoBuyers Only Realty is an Exclusive Buyers Agency serving  Sacramento and Placer Counties including the cities of Sacramento, Roseville, Elk Grove, Rocklin, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, Lincoln, Antelope Rancho Cordova and all the surrounding areas.

The whole reason for the existence of this website is to serve you, The First Time Home Buyer, It is not about me or Buyers Only Realty, it is about how we can represent you better than any other Real Estate firm in the Sacramento area.  Big or small the other real estate agencies just cannot offer what we have to offer.

Buyers Only Realty and myself are an Exclusive Buyers Agency and agents. This means we will never represent the seller of real estate.  We have and always will have -0- listings.  We consider the Real Estate agents that represent the sellers as our friends but they are also our adversaries.  We work hard to get you the home of your choice at the best possible price.  We never pressure you in purchasing any home, you only purchase when you are satisfied that this is definitely the house you want to buy.  This is our pledge to you.

A couple of short stories to embellish the point of an Exclusive Buyers Agency.

SacramentoA young couple drove buy a very nice home that caught their eye.  They wrote down the phone number to call and ask some questions and possibly schedule a viewing of the property.  What is wrong with this scenario First, the number or the agency they call already has a contract with the seller.  Can they truthfully 100% represent this couple if they decide to buy this property.  I think not.  As honest as the agent or company are their is always room for an error or a mistake.  Why take the chance, hire your own agent, an Exclusive Buyers Agent.

Another young couple was involved in a major argument and they shouted at each other that they both wanted a divorce.  Then the husband thinking about the cost of a divorce asks his wife if he could use her lawyer to save money.  Sounds kind of ridiculous but it happens all the time in Real Estate.  How can one agency represent the seller and you in the same transaction?  The answer is they can’t with 100% certainty.
