The sole purpose of this website is to help the First Time Homebuyer or anyone who thinks that they might have difficulty qualifying to buy a home.

Why should you use my services?

1.  To get through the process of buying a home requires your patience and mine.  I have that patience.

2.  To be successful requires a team effort.  The team consists of you, me, inspection team and most importantly the Mortgage financing team.  I have assembled a team that will accomplish the goal quicker and with fewer headaches than you can imagine.

3.  I am what is known as an EXCLUSIVE BUYERS AGENT.  Our entire company does NOT represent sellers in any way.  We have absolutely no Real Estate Listings.  The homes we show you are from the MLS and For Sale By Owners.  We sacrifice the listing portion of the real estate commission for one reason only, that is you the buyer.  We believe the Real Estate Buyer needs their own representation.

EXAMPLE:  You see a yard sign or an  add in a newspaper and that house sounds like just what you are looking for, should you call the telephone number on the sign or in the add?  NO.  That telephone number already has a written contract with the seller to get the highest and best offer they can get for that house.  How well do you think they will represent you the Buyer?
