Wes Clark is an Exclusive Buyers Agent that specializes in finding homes for First Time Home Buyers in the Sacramento Area. This means that no one in our entire office will ever take a listing of any kind. We consider the agents that represent the sellers as our friends, but we serve the Sacramento real estate market in adversarial rolls. Our bread and butter are made only from representing Buyers.
